Please use this website if you are requesting administrative access to the following tools:
- Canvas and Canvas Catalog
- Kaltura MediaSpace (KMS) as either an Admin or a Channel Manager
For each application, you will be asked:
- To complete an administrative access and confidentiality agreement
- To provide signatures from appropriate approvers in your department, faculty, or unit
Sign in or Register with your UBC CWL (Campus-Wide Login) to start a new application or continue an existing application.
Completed applications will be sent to the UBC Learning Technology Hub (LT Hub). If you have any questions, feedback, or technical issues on this site, please contact us at LT.hub@ubc.ca.
FAQs:
Why can't I see any programs to apply to?
If you log in on our site and can only see the Recommendations list, your account may not have the applicant role yet. Please try adding the applicant role to your profile by following these steps:
- Log in to admin.lthub.ubc.ca with your CWL.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select My Account from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Become an applicant button.
- Return to admin.lthub.ubc.ca and select the Applicant role when ed.
